Growing & Maintenance Tips for Arenaria montana

Arenaria requires a sandy, well-drained soil and grows very well in rock gardens. Can be divided in the spring. Prune flowers when finished to maintain a tidy, bushy plant. Do not prune heavy in the fall, but a light trim in the spring removes any winter dieback.
