Orders over $150 (before HST) ship free. Otherwise, there is a $35 delivery fee. If you are outside our current delivery area, reach out to us and we can likely arrange delivery for a fee based on your location. 

If you need to change the date you scheduled in checkout, send us an email at hello@antheiagardens.ca and we will try our best to help you out!

We can deliver to your address whether you're home or not, whatever is best for you! No matter what, when your order is delivered you'll be sent a picture of the order on delivery. 

If you order by Sunday at midnight, you can schedule your delivery for that week provided there are delivery openings and plants are in stock. You can schedule your delivery as much as 4 weeks ahead of time. 

The plants we sell are the highest nursery quality. We are very confident that with the right location and care you will enjoy your purchases for many years - even generations - to come. 

To ensure that you have records of the condition of your plants on delivery, we will always provide a photo of all items in your delivery. We also email you detailed custom care sheets for each of the plants in your order. However, if you feel something isn’t quite right with your order please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. You’ll need to send your order number, a photo, and short description of the issue. We will do our best to resolve any product quality issues, as long as we get a picture of the situation within 24 hours of delivery. 

Plants are living things and require the appropriate care and conditions to thrive.  If you have any issues with your plants after the 24 hour window please get in touch as soon as you think something isn’t right. Our expert team of local landscapers and certified horticulturalists will do our absolute best to help you get your garden back on track.

 

The plants we carry in our catalogue were individually selected based on our work in landscaping and design in the Ottawa area. But if you have your heart set on a specific item that isn't in our catalogue we'd be happy to talk to you about sourcing it, or help find some alternates that may have better success in our climate. As always, drop us a line to talk more! 

Currently, we deliver to Ottawa and some surrounding areas. To know if we deliver to your area, add a product to your cart. You'll be asked for your postal code and the system will determine if you are within the current delivery area. If you're outside our current area, reach out by email or send us a message on social media. We will be happy to arrange delivery, though we may need to charge a fee based on your distance from our standard delivery area. We'll be looking to expand to more areas as soon as we can, so keep in touch and let us know if there's anything we can do for you!
