The plants we sell are the highest nursery quality. We are very confident that with the right location and care you will enjoy your purchases for many years - even generations - to come.
To ensure that you have records of the condition of your plants on delivery, we will always provide a photo of all items in your delivery. We also email you detailed custom care sheets for each of the plants in your order. However, if you feel something isn’t quite right with your order please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. You’ll need to send your order number, a photo, and short description of the issue. We will do our best to resolve any product quality issues, as long as we get a picture of the situation within 24 hours of delivery.
Plants are living things and require the appropriate care and conditions to thrive. If you have any issues with your plants after the 24 hour window please get in touch as soon as you think something isn’t right. Our expert team of local landscapers and certified horticulturalists will do our absolute best to help you get your garden back on track.
Unfortunately, once plants are delivered we cannot accept returns. If you need to make a change to your order before it's delivered, reach out to email@example.com with your order number, and the changes you’d like made and we will do our best to help you out.
