Lacy green, finely cut leaves will cascade forming a green mound in the landscape. Light green, spring leaves mature to dark green and finally to a bright orange-red for the fall

This Japanese maple cultivar can be trained to grow more upright, or left to cascade and mound naturally. Grows best in a slightly moist, fertile soil. Add mulch regularly, but avoid heaping mulch against the stem.
