Growing & Maintenance Tips for Betula papyrifera 'Oenci'

Renaissance Oasis was bred for increased resistance to Bronze Birch Borer.

In autumn, the white bark and yellow foliage make a striking contrast against the bright red leaves of the red maple or dark coloured evergreens. Though paper birches can tolerate drought, they grow best with cool roots. Underplant with a ground cover or mulch well, taking care to not heap mulch against the stem.
